Where does Fierce Hazel ship?
Continental U.S. We currently ship to the continental United States via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and UPS. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
Canada & International shipping is via U.S. Postal Service International Package and price is based on weight and location calculated at checkout.
International customs: The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. By purchasing a Fierce Hazel product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
Shipping costs:
Orders in the continental United States are shipped via US Postal Service Ground Advantage unless priority delivery is specified.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on your shipping address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
Most orders ship within a day or two once payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
When will my order ship?
We are a small team, but we work hard to get your order out as soon as possible. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Tuesday and all orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be processed on Friday.
Orders will ship USPS Ground Advantage, but typically, delivery is between 3-7 days, depending on your location. Shipments to Canada can take 7-21 business days, depending on the service you select.
You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information as soon as your order is processed.

We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love it, we have a no-questions-asked return policy for 90 days after you purchase the product.
How do I make a return?
To process a return, please contact us at hello@fiercehazel.com to initiate the return authorization order. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Unless the item is defective, the cost of returning the product is your responsibility, and any refund or exchange will be processed on receipt of the returned goods. We are not responsible for any returned product until it is received.
We offer a flat-rate, postage-paid fee of $10.99 to return the product. You can also choose to provide your own shipping.
