Where does Fierce Hazel ship?
Continental U.S. We currently have free shipping within the continental United States via USPS First Class Package. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
Canada & International shipping is via U.S. Postal Service International Package and price is based on weight and location calculated at checkout.
International customs: The customer responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. By purchasing a Fierce Hazel product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the continental United States via USPS First Class Package is FREE with all our products. Priority shipping is available at an extra cost. Fierce Hazel reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
For Canadian and International orders, the price is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are carrier-determined rates based on your location.
When will my order ship?
As a response to Covid-19 and the need for social distancing, we are shipping orders on Tuesdays and Fridays only. This policy is a temporary solution, and we expect to return to processing orders Monday through Friday once local restrictions are lifted.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Tuesday and all orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be processed on Friday.
Orders will ship USPS First Class Package unless priority delivery is specified. Estimated delivery times vary, but typically, delivery is between 1-5 days, depending on your location.

I'm having a problem with tracking.
So sorry! You will be emailed tracking information as soon as the order ships, but sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will figure it out.
Where's my stuff?
If the carrier says it was delivered but you haven't received anything, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We're on it!

How do I make a return?
The cost of returning the product is your responsibility, and any refund or exchange will be processed on receipt of the returned goods. We are not responsible for any returned product until it is received.
