Where does Fierce Hazel ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States and Canada via USPS First Class Package. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to US addresses via USPS First Class Package is free when you purchase $50 or more of our products. The minimum qualifying amount of your order excludes tax and shipping charges. Fierce Hazel reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
For Canadian orders and those less than $50, the price is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are carrier-determined rates based on your location.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. PST will ship the same day of your order.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship USPS standard ground unless express delivery is specified.
USPS Priority varies in estimated delivery times but typically offers delivery between 1-3 days, depending on your location. Shipments to Canada can take 3-21 business days depending on the service you select.
You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information as soon as your order is processed.
I'm in a hurry. Can I get my stuff faster?
We can totally do that. Reach out to us via email@example.com and we can make it happen with an additional shipping charge.
I'm having a problem with tracking.
So sorry! You will be emailed tracking information as soon as the order ships, but sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will figure it out.
Where's my stuff?
If the carrier says it was delivered but you haven't received anything, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We're on it!

How do I make a return?
The cost of returning the product is your responsibility, and any refund or exchange will be processed on receipt of the returned goods. We are not responsible for any returned product until it is received.
