Returns - Full-priced Items

90-day no-questions-asked returns.

Your purchase can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs. 

A flat fee of $10.99 is charged for the return postage fee. This is waived if you choose to provide your own shipping.

Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment initially used to purchase the item.  A confirmation email will be sent when the refund has been processed. Please note that any initial shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Returns - Sale-priced Items - FINAL SALE

All items purchased at our going-out-of-business 50% off sale are FINAL SALE—no returns on any item purchased at 50% off or more.
  
Return Shipping

To return your product, please email hello@fiercehazel.com to initiate the return authorization order. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. 

A flat fee of $10.99 is charged for the return postage fee unless you choose to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
