Shipping U.S. Orders 

Orders in the continental United States are shipped via US Postal Service Ground Advantage unless priority delivery is specified.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on your shipping address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

Most orders ship within a day or two once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

International shipping is via U.S. Postal Service International Package and is based on weight and location. Cost is calculated at checkout.

International customs. You are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. By purchasing a Fierce Hazel product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.

Fierce Hazel is not responsible for any package held by international customs agencies it is not the responsibility of Fierce Hazel to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to terminate their procedures and any potential stop charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of your purchase. Fierce Hazel is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until the customs payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.
